Age Relaxation

NIT Raipur Exam Pattern & Selection Process
- The Screening Test has 100 questions, 100 marks, and 2 hours, with 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer. Part A carries 20 marks and Part B carries 80 marks.
- Superintendent and Senior Assistant also have a qualifying Skill Test. For other listed posts, selection is through the Screening Test.
- If candidates obtain equal marks, the candidate with higher Part-B marks gets preference; if still tied, the older candidate gets preference.
Exam Centre & What to Carry
The examination will be conducted online at the centre mentioned in the call letter. The centre/date/session cannot normally be changed, and NIT Raipur may allot another centre if required. Candidates must bear their own travel expenses.
Carry your call letter, original valid photo ID, and a photocopy of the same ID. Late candidates will not be permitted. Although the test is 2 hours, candidates may need to remain at the venue for around 4 hours for verification and other formalities.
