The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has issued an important corrigendum notice on 5th September 2025 for the recruitment of Treasury Officer (TO) and Assistant Treasury Officer (ATO) in the Finance Department of Haryana.
This Recruitment update is in continuation of the corrigendum released on 8th August 2025 and the announcement dated 18th August 2025, under Advertisement No. 23/2023 which originally published on 13th April 2023.

For Earlier Applicants (2023):
- Candidates who had applied in 2023 but did not update or amend their forms must log in again and update their details.
- If they fail to do so, their candidature will not be considered.
For New Applicants:
- Fresh candidates who meet the eligibility conditions can also apply online through the official HPSC portal.
- This is a golden chance, especially after the increase in posts.
Salary and Benefits
While the corrigendum does not mention salary details, generally:

- Paper -I shall be of multiple choice objective type OMR-based for the selection of candidates for the main examination (written), i.e., Paper II and Paper III.
- Paper III will be printed in both Hindi and English. Candidate shall be allowed to answer the question either in Hindi or English, but not partly in Hindi and partly in English.
- The total number of candidates to be admitted to the main examination (utitten) shall be l5 times the number of advertised vacancies. Similarly, the total number of candidates to be called for viva voce shall be three times the advertised vacancies.
- No candidates shall be called for the viva-voce test unless they attain at least 40 o/o marks in the aggregate of all the written papers and a score of a minimum of 33 % marks in each written paper.
- The final merit test will be prepared keeping in view the total marks of Papar – II, III, and viva voce.
