Validation Of Cast Certificates
जाति प्रमाण पत्र की वैधता (09.09.2015 के निर्देश अनुसार)
- SC/ST उम्मीदवारों का प्रमाण पत्र – जीवन भर के लिए मान्य।
- OBC उम्मीदवारों का प्रमाण पत्र – एक बार जारी होगा। लेकिन “क्रीमी लेयर में नहीं” होने का प्रमाण हर 3 साल में शपथ पत्र से देना होगा।
“क्रीमी लेयर में नहीं” प्रमाण पत्र केवल 1 वर्ष के लिए मान्य होगा।
- अगर अगली बार भी उम्मीदवार क्रीमी लेयर में नहीं है, तो शपथ-पत्र देकर पहले वाले प्रमाण पत्र को ही मान्य माना जाएगा।
- यह प्रक्रिया अधिकतम 3 साल तक मान्य होगी।
MBC Cast Certificate: अति पिछड़ा वर्ग (MBC) का लाभ (21.06.2019 परिपत्र अनुसार)
MBC (Most Backward Class) की जातियों को OBC जाति प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर ही MBC का लाभ दिया जाएगा।
