Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026): 18–25 years (no relaxation)
- Educational Qualification:
- Level-4/5: Graduation in any discipline from a government-recognized university
- Level-2/3: 12th pass OR 10th + ITI/Act Apprenticeship from a recognized institution
- Level-1: 10th pass OR ITI OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NCVT)
- Sports Norms: Candidates should have represented at national/international/state levels in designated sports disciplines (like Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Swimming, etc.)

Sport Requirment
For Category (1) (Level – 4 & 5) candidate has represented the country in Olympic Games (Senior Category) or Secured at least 3rd position in World Cup (Junior/Youth/Senior Category) or Secured at least 3rd position in World Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Secured at least 3rd position in Asian Games (Senior Category) or Secured at least 3rd position in Commonwealth Games (Senior Category) or Secured at least 3rd position in Youth Olympics or Secured at least 3rd position in Champions Trophy (for Hockey) or at least 3rd position in Thomas/Uber Cup (Badminton).
For (2) category (Level-2 & 3) You have represented the country as per category–1 & Represented the Country in World Cup (Junior/Youth/Senior Category) or Represented the Country in World Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Represented the Country in Asian Games (Senior Category) or Represented the Country in Commonwealth Games (Senior Category) or Represented the Country in Youth Olympics or Represented the Country in Champions Trophy (for Hockey) OR Represented the country in Thomas/Uber Cup (Badminton)
OR at least 3rd position in Commonwealth Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or at least 3rd position in Asian Championships/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or at least 3rd position in South Asian Federations (SAF) Games (Senior Category) or at least 3rd position in USIC (World Railway) Championships (Senior Category) or at least 3rd position in World University Games OR at least 3rd position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships OR at least 3rd position in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympic Association OR at least 3rd position in All India Inter University Championship organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities OR 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).
For Category 3 Level-1
For (3) Category (Level-1) Represented the country as per category – 2 & At least 3rd position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category) OR Represented a state or equivalent unit, except in Marathon and Cross Country with at least 8th position in Senior National Championships. Only for Badminton & Table Tennis, all India ranking up to 30th position for Senior in Singles event for Senior, in Doubles event up to 6th position (Ranking in Mixed Doubles shall be considered only in Badminton).
For determination of up to 8th position, the National Sports Federations (NSF) are being requested to issue certificate in this regard. However, till the practice is adopted by the NSFs or the certificate issuing authorities for determination up to 08th position in games/events, an undertaking may be taken from the candidate regarding his/her position in Sr. National Championship, which shall be uploaded, which may be verified by the employer at the time of document verification well before the approval of the competent authority for recruitment purpose.

Application Fee
For all candidates except those mentioned in sub-para (9/ii) below: Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) with a provision for refunding Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred Only) to those who are found eligible as per notification and actually appear in the Field Trial, after deducting bank charges.(UR-MALE, OBC-MALE, EWS MALE Rs.500/-).
