79 Vacancies, Eligibility, Stipend & Selection Process
Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) के Machine Tool Prototype Factory (MTPF), Ambarnath ने ITI Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2025 के लिए applications आमंत्रित किए हैं। इस recruitment के तहत Ex-ITI candidates के लिए 79 vacancies उपलब्ध हैं। इसके अलावा Non-ITI candidates के लिए 83 vacancies हैं, यानी Trade Apprentice recruitment में कुल 162 seats हैं।

AVNL ने Ex-ITI category में कुल 79 vacancies घोषित की हैं। Trade-wise vacancy details नीचे दी गई है:

इन vacancies में Machinist trade में सबसे ज्यादा 27 seats हैं, जबकि Welder (G&E) में 4 vacancies हैं।
AVNL ITI Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility
ITI category के candidates के लिए educational qualification में Madhyamik/Class 10 या equivalent examination पास होना जरूरी है। इसके साथ candidate के पास relevant trade में ITI qualification होनी चाहिए।
Notification के अनुसार, candidates को Matriculation और ITI दोनों में prescribed marks criteria पूरा करना होगा। ITI qualification NCVT/SCVT recognised institute अथवा notification में निर्धारित मान्यता के अनुसार होनी चाहिए।
इसलिए application करने से पहले candidates को अपनी ITI trade को notified trade से जरूर match करना चाहिए।
AVNL ITI Apprentice Age Limit
AVNL Trade Apprentice recruitment में age limit 15 से 24 years है, जो application प्राप्त होने की last date के आधार पर निर्धारित की जाती है। Reserved categories और अन्य eligible categories को Government of India rules के अनुसार upper-age relaxation दिया जाता है।
ITI candidates के लिए upper age limit में relevant NCVT/SCVT training की normal duration के बराबर additional relaxation का भी provision दिया गया है।
AVNL ITI Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
AVNL ITI Trade Apprentice selection में written examination नहीं है। Candidates का selection merit basis पर किया जाएगा।
Ex-ITI candidates के लिए merit list संबंधित trade के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी। इसमें Matriculation और ITI में प्राप्त percentage का simple average लिया जाएगा।
इसके बाद shortlisted candidates को Document Verification (DV) और Medical Examination के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
इसका मतलब है कि ITI candidates के लिए selection के लिए किसी अलग competitive written exam की तैयारी करने के बजाय अपने academic और ITI marks की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण है।

AVNL ITI Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Training Duration
Selected ITI candidates को apprenticeship training दी जाएगी। Ex-ITI candidates के लिए training की duration 1 year है।
Training successfully complete करने और prescribed test पास करने के बाद candidate को relevant trade में proficiency certificate दिया जा सकता है, जैसा कि Apprenticeship rules के तहत notification में बताया गया है।

AVNL ITI Apprentice Stipend
AVNL में selected ITI apprentices को monthly stipend दिया जाएगा। Ex-ITI candidates के लिए stipend trade की training duration के अनुसार है।

Notification के अनुसार, apprenticeship training की पूरी अवधि में कोई अन्य allowance नहीं दिया जाएगा।
इसलिए candidates को यह समझना जरूरी है कि apprenticeship stipend regular permanent employee salary के समान नहीं होता।
AVNL ITI Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Application Process
इस recruitment के लिए candidates को prescribed application format में application submit करनी थी। Form में candidate की personal details, educational qualification और ITI qualification की information भरनी होती है।
ITI candidates को अपने relevant documents की copies भी application के साथ भेजनी होती हैं। इनमें मुख्य रूप से:
- Class 10/Madhyamik certificate
- ITI certificate
- Marksheets
- Date of Birth proof
- Category certificate, यदि applicable हो
- EWS certificate, यदि applicable हो
- Aadhaar card
- अन्य prescribed documents
शामिल हैं। Notification में documents को prescribed authority से attest कराने के संबंध में भी instructions दिए गए हैं।

क्या AVNL ITI Apprentice में Permanent Job मिलेगी?
यह candidates के लिए सबसे important point है। Apprenticeship का मतलब permanent job की guarantee नहीं है।
AVNL notification clearly states कि apprenticeship training पूरी होने के बाद employer के लिए apprentice को employment देना compulsory नहीं है। इसी तरह apprentice के लिए भी employment offer को accept करना compulsory नहीं है।
इसलिए candidates को इसे training और skill development opportunity के रूप में देखना चाहिए, न कि direct permanent government job के रूप में।
AVNL ITI Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Medical Examination
Merit list में provisionally selected candidates को document verification के बाद medical examination से गुजरना होगा।
Medical examination Government Hospital/CGHS-recognised hospital के authorised medical officer द्वारा किया जाएगा। Candidate का engagement prescribed medical fitness standards पूरा करने के अधीन रहेगा।
