Selection Process
Online application forms and copy of certificate uploaded by the candidates will be scrutinized and if found in order the candidates securing minimum qualifying 12 marks (for all category UR/SC/ST/OBC) and as per para 4b(iii) will be issued online admit cards to appear in the recruitment process i.e. Physical verification of Documents, Physical Standard Test (PST), and Detailed Medical Examination by the Recruiting Agency. Candidate will have to undergo the following process of recruitment-
First Preference
Candidates who represented India and won medals/participated in International Competitions:
- Priority Order: Gold > Silver > Bronze > Participation
- Categories: Senior, Junior, or Youth
- Recognized by: International Olympic Committee (IOC), Indian Olympic Association (IOA), or Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MOYAS), GoI
Second Preference
Candidates who won medals/positions (up to 3rd place) in National Championships:
- Events: National Games, Senior National Championship, National Open Championship, Youth/Junior National Championship
- Recognized by: National Sports Federations affiliated with IOA/MOYAS, GoI
- Representation: State/UT Sports Control Board/Federation

Document Upload Requirement
Candidates must upload certificates/documents proving their highest sports achievement (medal/position/participation level as mentioned in Para 2(a) and 4(b)) in their BSF profile before applying. Failure to do so will result in rejection during scrutiny.
