- Registration for all fairs is free for Ex-Servicemen as well as employers.
- Ex-servicemen and recruiters can register at the DGR job portal: www.esmhire.com or via the DGR website (www.dgrindia.gov.in), where event-specific registration links for officers, JCO/OR, and recruiters are available.
- Several fairs specifically target all ranks (JCOs, NCOs, Jawans) and provide opportunities in diverse sectors, including security, IT, logistics, administration, healthcare, and engineering.
