Nabard Grade A Recruitment Notification date,eligibility,selection process

The NABARD has released the notification for recruitment of Grade A positionon 4th November 2025. There are 91 vacancies for Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’) posts in various streams including Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Legal, and Protocol & Security Services.​ The candidates will be able to apply from November 8 when the application window opens for these posts.

Application Procedure

  • The application form window will open on 8th November 2025 and close on 30th November 2025.​
  • Candidates can apply online at nabard.org and complete all required fields, upload relevant documents (photo, signature, photo ID proof, certificates), pay the application fee, and submit the application.​

Nabard Grade A recruitment Selection Process

  • Stage 1: Prelims (Objective test)
  • Stage 2: Mains (Descriptive and Objective papers)
  • Stage 3: Interview.​

Documents Needed

  • Scanned photograph and signature
  • Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
  • Educational certificates
  • Caste/PwD certificate (if applicable)
  • Valid email ID and mobile number.

  • For General/OBC/EWS candidates: ₹800
  • For SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹150

Eligibility

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 21 years (as of 1 July 2025)
  • Maximum: 30 years (as of 1 July 2025)
  • Upper age relaxation is applicable for OBC, SC, ST, PwBD as per government rules.​

Educational Qualification

  • Generalist (RDBS): Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Specialist Streams: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject/discipline with prescribed marks, e.g., Agriculture, Forestry, IT, Finance, Law, etc.
  • English: Master’s Degree in English with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/PwBD applicants). Candidates must have studied Hindi as a main/elective subject at degree level or vice versa.​
  • For specific streams, check the official notification for detailed subject/discipline eligibility.

Other Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of India.
  • All qualifications must be from a recognized university/institution.​
