Specialization Certificate for the above referred qualification

For candidates possessing a Diploma, Graduate Degree, or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma, the certificate must clearly mention the field of specialization. If the specialization is not specified on the certificate issued by the respective University or Board, the candidate must produce a Certificate of Specialization issued by the concerned Institute at the time of Document Verification.

Candidates with dual specializations must submit a certificate issued by the Institute specifying the major or minor subject. If both specializations carry equal weightage and are not defined as major or minor, a certificate indicating equal weightage for both subjects must be submitted.

Work experience will be considered only for full-time and regular positions held after acquiring the prescribed minimum essential educational qualification.

Experience Clarification

Experience gained through training, consultancy, teaching, fellowship, internship, apprenticeship, or academic projects will not be considered as valid work experience. Only full-time, regular job experience after obtaining the essential educational qualifications will be accepted.

This clarification ensures candidates understand that only professional, employment-based experience counts toward eligibility criteria, excluding these forms of experiential learning or short-term engagements.

Selection of candidate/s for appointment to the post shall be based on the performance in the Written Test and shall be subject to verification of documents.

HCL Junior Manage Recruitment Qualifying Marks

The candidates who are appearing in the entrance must score at least qualifying marks is 30 per cent for Gen/OBC/EWS categories and 20 per cent for SC/ST/PWD categories

The minimum qualifying marks out of aggregate marks prescribed in CBT for short-listing candidates for Document Verification shall be 30% for candidates belonging to General (Unreserved) / OBC categories and 20% for those belonging to SC / ST / PwD categories
