SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment 2025
The registration for the specialist cadre officer in India’s leading PSU bank has started today 2 December and the application form will close on 23 December 2025. There is no entrance test for this. Bank will scrutinize application forms and candidates will get a call from the bank for an Interview. There is no entrance test for these posts. These are meant for experienced persons. This is a contract post and contract will go for 5 years though it is extendable.

VP Wealth SRM
You must have Graduation degree from Government recognised University or Institution. Preferred Qualification: • MBA (Banking/ Finance/ Marketing) with 60% from recognized University or Institution. • Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP /CFA
Experience-6 years into sales & marketing with leading Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Wealth Management Firms / AMCs Preferred Experience: $$ (as explained above) • Post qualification experience of minimum 6 years as a Relationship Manager or similar role preferably in Wealth Management with leading Public / Private / Foreign Banks / Wealth Management Firms / AMCs
AVP Wealth RM
Mandatory: ➢ Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution.
Preferred:
Weightage will be given to the candidates with post-graduation in finance / marketing / Banking. ➢ Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA
Experience
3 years into sales & marketing with leading Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Wealth Management Firms/ AMCs /SBI Wealth CREs having 4 years of experience Preferred:
• Post qualification experience of minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in Wealth Management with leading Public / Private / Foreign Banks / Wealth Management Firms / AMCs
Customer Relationship Executive
Mandatory: Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution
Preferred experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communications skills would be desirable
Mandatory -Specific Skill required: should have a valid driving licence for two-wheeler
.SBI Specialist Cadre Officer SELECTION PROCESS:
The selection process will comprise shortlisting of the candidate followed by one or more rounds of personal / Telephonic / Video interview and CTC negotiations.
Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The Bank will decide the qualifying marks in interview. The Bank does not enterain any correspondence in this regard.
