IBPS has released the short notice for CRP CSA-XVI. This is the common recruitment process for Customer Service Associate (CSA) posts, commonly known as IBPS Clerk, in participating public sector banks. The vacancies are for the year 2027-28.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2026 Notification

Eligibility will be calculated as on the dates mentioned in the detailed notification. In general:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Local language proficiency of the state/UT for which the candidate is applying is mandatory.

• Minimum age: 20 years
• Maximum age: 28 years

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be appointed in the clerical cadre with a basic pay scale of ₹24,050 – ₹64,480. In addition, they will receive dearness allowance, house rent allowance, medical benefits and other perks as applicable in the respective bank.

The selection will be done through the following stages:

1. Online Preliminary Examination
2. Online Main Examination
3. Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
4. Document Verification
5. Medical Examination
