Selection Process
Meeting the minimum prescribed qualifications does not guarantee a call for written test or interview; a Screening Committee may apply additional criteria for shortlisting. In case of high applications for IITM Research Fellow posts, a written test may be conducted solely for shortlisting to interviews—its marks won’t count toward final selection, which is interview-based only.
