Jhabua Power Plant Vacancy 2026: JPL has invited applications for multiple positions at L1 and L3/L4 grades in engineering, chemistry, HR/R&R-CSR, and IT/Computer Science disciplines. A. Engineers – L1 Grade

Disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics/C&I and Chemistry

Educational Qualification

  • Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & C&I: Full-time regular B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics/Control & Instrumentation or an equivalent discipline.
  • Chemistry: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
  • Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of regular post-qualification executive experience, excluding training, if any.

The experience should be in the power sector in one or more of the following areas:

  • Operation
  • Maintenance
  • Commissioning
  • Erection
  • Engineering
  • Laboratory Operations

Experience should be in a power plant/power project with a capacity of 100 MW or above.

Jhabua Power Plant Vacancy 2026 Age Limit

The maximum age should not exceed 30 years.

Minimum CTC

Approximately ₹5.80 lakh per annum.

B. Executive – L1 Grade (HR/R&R-CSR)

Educational Qualification

Candidates must be:

  • Graduates with a minimum 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in:
    • Human Resource Management
    • Personnel Management
    • Industrial Relations
    • Labour Welfare
    • MSW
    • MHROD
    • Rural Development-CSR-CD
    • Equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of regular post-qualification executive experience, excluding training, if any, in the relevant functional area.

Experience in the following sectors will be preferred:

  • Power
  • Infrastructure
  • Manufacturing
  • Process Industry

Age Limit

Maximum 30 years.

C. Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – L3/L4 Grade

Disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics/C&I, IT/Computer Science and Chemistry

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

  • B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics/Control & Instrumentation, Information Technology/Computer Science or an equivalent discipline; or
  • M.Sc. in Chemistry, as applicable.

The qualification must be full-time and regular, with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience

Candidates applying for the L3/L4 positions must have the following minimum regular post-qualification executive experience.

JPL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The Jhabua Power selection process will consist of an all-India-based online selection test, followed by further stages for candidates shortlisted on the basis of merit and organisational requirements.

Stage 1: Online Selection Test

Eligible candidates will have to appear for an online selection test consisting of five sections:

  1. General English
  2. Reasoning
  3. Quantitative Aptitude
  4. General Knowledge
  5. Subject Knowledge

Candidates are required to qualify in each section/part of the online selection test.

Stage 2: Shortlisting

Based on performance/merit in the online selection test and the requirements of the respective post, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage.

The shortlisted candidates may be called for:

  • Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview, or
  • Personal Interview, as applicable to the post.

Stage 3: GD/Personal Interview

Candidates shortlisted after the online test must secure the prescribed minimum qualifying marks in the Personal Interview or GD and Personal Interview, as applicable. The final selection will be based on the Jhabua Power Plant 2026 Eligibility criteria and the requirements of the respective post.
