Full-time B.E /B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical discipline or equivalent discipline from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 55% marks
One year post-qualification experience
Civil Field Engineer
B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil discipline full time or equivalent discipline from recognized University / Institute with minimum 55% marks.
Post-qualification one-year experience
Supervisor Field (Civil)
Full Time Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Technical Board / Institute with minimum 55% marks. Higher technical qualification like B.Tech. / BE / M.Tech. /ME etc. with or without Diploma is not allowed
Experience of one year post qualification
(Electronics & Communication) Supervisor Field
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Information Technology Full time or equivalent discipline from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks. Higher technical qualification like B.Tech. / BE / M.Tech. /ME etc. with or without Diploma is not allowed
One year post qualification experience
Special concession
The old employee who have worked as field engineer/field supervisors/AE(FTB)/JE(FTB) for at least for one year or are working will get upper age relaxation. These candidates will mention their Powergrid Employee number in online application form.

National Skill Registry
All the candidates who will apply here will have to register themselves with National Skills Registry (NSR) at https://nationalskillsregistry.com and provide NSR registration number to POWERGRID.
Further, they have ti verify in their NSR profile at their own cost before joining or within 03 months of joining, failing which their engagement shall automatically terminate without assigning any reason/notice whatsoever: a.
