The application form is open for recruitment of Senior Executive Trainees in BSNL for Telecom and Finance Department. The candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and will have to attain the qualifying marks or percentage for next round
BSNL SET DR Exam Format 2026
- Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT), Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) with negative marking.
- Duration: 180 minutes (one shift: Part-I + Part-II).
- Marking: +1 for correct; -0.25 for wrong. Unanswered: 0.
- Total: 200 questions, 200 marks.

Merit Preparation
- Basis: Total marks from Part-I (Aptitude, Common) + Part-II (Core Technical).
- Condition: Must secure minimum qualifying marks in each part (40%/35% per category) and overall (50%/45%).
- Exclusion: Candidates below mins in any section are out—no merit inclusion.
Post-Merit Steps
- Merit list shortlists for Document Verification → Medical Exam → Offer Letter.
- No Automatic Right: Name on merit list ≠ job guarantee. Final offer issued only after clearing all stages (med fit, docs, vacancies).
- Tie-Breaker: Likely age/seniority (check notification).
