• Handle and resolve grievances of ICAI members and students associated with the Branch.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and procedures issued by the ICAI Head Office.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate Branch staff through effective work allocation and performance monitoring.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of Branch resources and budgets to achieve organizational objectives.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, presentations, and documentation related to Branch operations.
• Monitor Branch performance and recommend measures to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
