- Graduate Trainee (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Graduate Trainee (Chemical): B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Mineral Processing Engineering.
- Management Trainee (Geology): M.Sc in Geology or Applied Geology.
- Graduate Trainee (Process): B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Processing/Metallurgy.
- Management Trainee (Materials/Contract Mgmt.): MBA/PGDM in Materials Management or equivalent.
- Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
