Trai Technical Officer 2025 Eligibility
Nationality: Only Indian National are eligible to apply.
Valid Score in the GATE 2023/202412025 Candidate should have appeared in the corresponding paper of GATE- 2023/ 2024/ 2025 The qualifying marks shall be as declared by GATE-2023/ 2024/ 2025 Organizing Body.

Trai Technical Officers 2025 Selection Process
Shortlisting for Technical Officer (TO-2025) posts follows merit order based on valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 scores.
Shortlisting Rules
- Candidates with identical cutoff marks are all shortlisted for interview.
- Eligible candidates will be in a 1:8 ratio (discipline-wise, category-wise merit).
- PwBD candidates are shortlisted separately using the 1:8 ratio.
- Shortlisted candidates proceed to Personal Interview.
Trai will give equal weightage to GATE 2023, GATE 2024 and GATE 2025 scores
Shortlisted candidates for Personal Interview will find their Application Reference numbers posted exclusively on the TRAI website (www.trai.gov.in). Call letters will be emailed to registered IDs; candidates must regularly check the TRAI site for links and updates.
Document Verification
Candidates will bring their original certificate on the day of interview and submit self attested copies of the documents

Your gate score will have 80 % weightage and Personal interview 20 percent weightage
Venue
The venue for personal interviews will be TRAI Headquarters, New Delhi only.
To and fro fare will be paid to the candidates for the interview
How to apply?
Step 1: Register on the portal using a valid email ID and mobile number—these details are not changable post-registration. All communications will occur via the registered email and mobile.
Step 2
Upload scanned copies of a recent passport-size photograph (not older than 3 months) and signature per form specifications. Retain three physical copies of the same photo for document verification, and avoid changing appearance until recruitment concludes.
