Part 1: ITI Qualification और Eligibility से जुड़े सवाल
Q1. मैंने ITI Electrician और Electronics Mechanic दोनों trades किए हैं। क्या दोनों के लिए apply कर सकता हूँ?
Answer: BHEL की सलाह है कि उम्मीदवार केवल एक manufacturing unit और एक trade के लिए आवेदन करें। यदि उम्मीदवार दो trades के लिए आवेदन करता है, तो दोनों की CBE एक ही दिन होगी। आगे की candidature उस trade में performance और merit के आधार पर consider की जाएगी, जिसमें उम्मीदवार परीक्षा देता है।

Q2. मेरी apprenticeship पूरी हो गई है, लेकिन NAC certificate अभी नहीं मिला। क्या मैं eligible हूं?
Answer: BHEL FAQ के अनुसार, ITI/NTC और NAC certificates तथा marksheets 1 October 2026 तक जारी होने चाहिए। बाद में जारी documents eligibility के लिए स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।

Q5. मेरे पास केवल तीन महीने का work experience है। क्या मुझे age relaxation मिलेगा?
Answer: Official FAQ के अनुसार, relevant work experience के आधार पर age relaxation के लिए कम से कम छह महीने की service आवश्यक है। अधिकतम relaxation सात वर्ष तक हो सकता है, detailed notification की शर्तों के अनुसार।
इसलिए तीन महीने के experience के आधार पर यह relaxation नहीं मिलेगा।
Q6. मैं SC/ST/OBC category से हूँ, लेकिन caste certificate अभी नहीं है। क्या General category से apply कर सकता हूँ?
Answer: BHEL FAQ के अनुसार, यदि उम्मीदवार General category की eligibility पूरी करता है, तो वह General category चुनकर आवेदन कर सकता है। लेकिन application में General category चुनने के बाद category बदलने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

Q7. BHEL Artisan CBE में minimum कितने marks चाहिए?

Q9. क्या PwBD और Ex-Servicemen उम्मीदवारों को कट-ऑफ में छूट मिलेगी?
Answer: हाँ, eligible PwBD और Ex-Servicemen candidates को Skill Test shortlisting के लिए निर्धारित relaxation दिया गया है।

Q12. Best Apprentice को BHEL में क्या फायदा मिलेगा?
Answer: All India Apprentices Competition में Best Apprentice चुने गए और भर्ती की शर्तें पूरी करने वाले चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Artisan Grade-IV के रूप में दो increments मिलेंगे।
इसके लिए Directorate General of Employment and Training द्वारा जारी Certificate of Merit upload करना जरूरी है।
Q13. Runner-Up Apprentice को क्या benefit मिलेगा?
Answer: चयनित Runner-Up Apprentice candidates को Artisan Grade-IV के रूप में ₹29,500–₹65,000 के regular pay scale के minimum stage पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा।
दोनों categories को निर्धारित selection process और eligibility conditions पूरी करनी होंगी।
Q14. क्या Best Apprentice का कोई दूसरा certificate भी स्वीकार होगा?
Answer: BHEL FAQ के अनुसार, उम्मीदवार को Directorate General of Employment and Training द्वारा जारी All India Apprentices Competition का Certificate of Merit upload करना होगा। इस purpose के लिए कोई दूसरा certificate स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Answer: नहीं। Computer-Based Examination में शामिल होने का travel खर्च उम्मीदवार को स्वयं उठाना होगा।
Q16. क्या Skill Test के लिए travelling allowance मिलेगा?

Q21. क्या BHEL के temporary employee Artisan Recruitment 2027 के लिए apply कर सकते हैं?

Q25. Answer key पर objection कब दर्ज कर सकते हैं?
Answer: Official FAQ के अनुसार, objection management window CBE के बाद पांच दिनों की अवधि में खोली जाती है। इस दौरान उम्मीदवार question set, answer key और अपने selected options देखकर प्रश्नों पर objection दर्ज कर सकते हैं।
Q26. Objection window बंद होने के बाद question paper डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं?
