Tamil Nadu SI recruitment application last date extended 10 May
If you have not applied for the SI Recruitment in Tamil Nadu you must note down the application submission’s last date. Earlier date to submit the application was May 3. The registration process started on April 7 for 1299 posts and 53 backlog vacancies.

Fees:
The fee for application is ₹500 (open quota) and ₹1000 (open and departmental quota).

Exam Syllabus:
- Tamil Language Eligibility Test (Qualifying in nature)
- 100 objective-type questions
- Minimum qualifying marks:Â 40 out of 100
- It will covers basic Tamil language knowledge
- Main Written Examination
- Part A:Â General Knowledge (40 marks, 80 questions)
- Part B:Â Logical Analysis, Numerical Analysis, Psychology Test, Communication Skills, Information Handling Ability (30 marks, 60 questions)
- Total Marks:Â 70
- Duration:Â 2.5 hours
- Minimum qualifying marks:Â 25 out of 70
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Includes rope climbing, long jump, high jump, running events
- Maximum marks:Â 15
- Viva-Voce
- Interview round (10 marks)
