Assistant section officer recruitment in Bihar 2025
Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued advertisement number – 37/2025 for recruitment to 41 posts of Assistant Branch Officer. BPSC will start the online application process for this from 29 May 2025, the last date of which is 23 June 2025. In this recruitment system, selection will be done through examination. Selection Process:
The recruitment process will be conducted in two stages:
1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type).
2. Main Examination (Objective & Descriptive).
Merit list: The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the main examination and work experience done on the same post on a contract basis. The merit list will be prepared category-wise on the basis of reservation obtained.

How to apply:
1. Please visit the official website of BPSC and candidates must complete One Time Registration (OTR) on the official website https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.
2. Now click on the ‘New User Registration’ and register with your mobile number and email id.
3. If an applicant has already completed OTR, they don’t need to register again. They can log in using their previously created credentials details at https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login.
4. OTR is mandatory for applying to any BPSC exam because it helps to maintain the candidate’s profile.
5. Now click on the given link of Assistant section officer post.
6. Fill all the asking details and check again.
7. Pay the registration fee and click on the submit button.
8. Now after submitting, take a print out of your application form for future refrences.
