PFRDA Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025: How to Apply
Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has released a notification for recruitment to the posts of Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager) for the year 2025. This recruitment process will be in different streams, such as General, Finance and Accounts, Information Technology, Research (Economics/Statistics), Actuary, Legal and Official Language. PFRDA is recruiting for a total number of 40 posts, which have various reservation categories. There are different educational qualifications are prescribed for each stream. Those applicant want to apply can apply from 2 July to 6 August, 2025. An applicant can apply for a maximum of two categories.
Important Dates:
- Online application starting date: 02 July, 2025
- Last Date of applying: 06 August, 2025
- Phase I exam: 06 September, 2025
- Phase II exam: 06 October, 2025
- Interview: Those applicants who get successful in Phase II will be notified by email/SMS.
Educational Qualification:
Qualifications as per the stream include Master’s degree, Bachelor of Laws, Engineering degree, Actuarial Science exams, or specialized knowledge in AI/ML.
Selection Process: The selection process will be in three stages:
- Phase I (Online Exam) – MCQs based screening
- Phase II (Online Exam) – Subject based + English Descriptive
- Phase III (Interview).

Application Fee:
- GEN/OBC/EWS: ₹1,000/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: No Fee.
How to apply:
- Please visit the official website of PFRDA www.pfrda.org.in.
- Go to the “Careers” section and click on the “PFRDA RECRUITMENT EXERCISE – 2025”.
- Then click on the “Apply Online” link and select “Click Here for New Registration”.
- Register yourself by filling name, mobile number and email ID.
- Keep the registration number and password.
- After that, save the details while filling the form using “Save and Next”.
- Check all the details carefully and click on the “Complete Registration”.
- Then upload photo, signature, thumb impression and handwriting declaration form.
- After uploading the scanned copies of all documents.
- Then pay the application fee.
- Take a printout of the application form for future references.
