Education Qualification for Chemical Operator Trainees RCF
Qualification for OPTR_CHEM/022026 – Operator (Chemical) Trainee
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
Option 1: B.Sc. Route
- Educational Requirements:
- Full-time regular B.Sc. (Chemistry) from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.
- Physics as one subject in any of the 3 years of B.Sc.
- National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) certification in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) [AO(CP)] Trade.
- Note: NCVT must be completed after B.Sc. Degree.
- Minimum Percentage:

Option 2: Diploma Route
- Sub-Option 2a:

- Note: Training must be completed after Diploma.
- Sub-Option 2b:
- HSC (Science) + direct admission to 2nd year/3rd semester of 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.
- 1-year training (BOAT) under Apprentice Act, 1961 (Amendment 1973).
- Note: Training must be completed after Diploma.
