Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification-Candidates must hold a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from a State Agriculture University or any other ICAR-accredited Agriculture University.

Minimum 18 years and maximum 42 years as of 1st July 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

Written Examination (Objective Type)
The exam consists of two papers — Paper I covers General Studies and Mental Ability, and Paper II focuses on Agriculture. The test comprises a total of 300 multiple-choice questions carrying 450 marks with a negative marking of ⅓ for each wrong answer.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT):
Shortlisted candidates from the written examination have to undergo this practical test assessing computer skills relevant to the post.
